Our Jiu Jitsu program is designed to focus on the core techniques in grappling that every practitioner should know from day one and gives students the ability to learn and explore technique to better fit their game or goals ultimately improving their understanding of jiu jitsu practice.
The Adult Jiu Jitsu Program is designed to fit the needs of beginners and advanced students by touching on all levels of self defense, recreational training and the sport aspect of jiu jitsu.
With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination.
Students are highly encouraged to ask questions in order to improve their individual understanding of the techniques and positions.
Our No-Gi Program is taught with a mix of fundamental and advanced techniques. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern jiu jitsu being taught in gi classes, but learn how to adapt them to no-gi situations.
Instead of a gi you will need to wear grappling shorts and a rashguard.
A Jiu Jitsu class specifically for women.
This class provides an environment for women to learn Jiu Jitsu, self defense, boost confidence and create better self awareness.
This class will encourage women to learn the art and the sport of Jiu Jitsu through movement drills, partner drilling and situational training.
“Jiu Jitsu can be a misunderstood sport.
Initially live training looks like aggressive chaos, but Jiu Jitsu is an art where every move is calculated and has purpose.
The longer you train the faster your brain can process what your next move should be.”
-Instructor Brooke Silverthorn
